All questions regarding Booking a Party with Gatcha
How Early Can I Come in To Set Up?
Due to a 30 minute window in between parties for our staff to clean and set up, we ask that you come in up to 15 minutes before your party so that we have time to prepare your room.
Do I need to bring in my own supplies (tablecloth, plates, utensils, napkins, cups, cake knife)?
Nope! We provide all of those for you! However, we do not provide any candles nor decorations.
Can I order/ bring in more food?
Absolutely! We provide the option of ordering extra pizzas when you're putting in the reservation. For the outside-food, as long as there's no psychedelic or alcohol content, bring the food and beverages you like! Just make sure to sign the food waiver for that.
Can you store my cake for me?
Yes, we can store your cake for you one day before your party.
